I assume all risks associated with volunteering in this event. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of acceptance of my entry, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release waive, release and discharge any and all rights and claims for damages against the Butte To Butte race directors and designated race officials, The Oregon Track Club, Eclectic Edge Events, LLC, City Of Eugene, County Of Lane, Rexius, and all other participating sponsors, agents and employees of such parties for all claims of damages, demands, actions, whatsoever in any manner arising from my involvement in this event, even though said liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission for all of the foregoing to use any photographs, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
