I KNOW THAT THIS EVENT IS A POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS ACTIVITY AND I HEREBY ASSUME FULL AND COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURY OR ACCIDENT WHICH MAY OCCUR DURING MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT OR WHILE ON THE PREMISES OF THIS EVENT, AND I HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AND COVENANT NOT TO FILE SUIT AGAINST THIS EVENT AND ANY AFFILIATED INDIVIDUALS OR ENTITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT; BRIGHT EYES BRIGHT FUTURE, LIDDELL FAMILY FOUNDATION AND ITS AFFILIATES, THEIR AGENTS, VOLUNTEERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND SUCCESSORS, DESCHUTES COUNTY AND ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS, DESCHUTES COUNTY FAIR AND EXPO CENTER, ANY AND ALL SPONSORS, THEIR REPRESENTATIVES AND SUCCESSORS (THE RELEASEES) FROM ANY LOSS, LIABILITY OR CLAIMS I MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY ME OR OTHERS, WHETHER SAME BE CAUSED BY FALLS, CONTACT WITH PARTICIPANTS, CONDITIONS OF THE COURSE, NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE. I hereby give my permission to the event organizers and sponsors to use my name and/or picture in any publication, broadcast, telecast, website or other account of this event without limitation or obligation of further compensation thereof. I also assume full responsibility of any non-registered child I participate with and all conditions of this waiver apply to said children. By signing this waiver and release I certify that I fully understand its significance.
